Hi, Recently, saudi government announce that secretary profession will be totally 100% for saudi's only starting from April 7, 2022. My problem is my occupation is Executive Secretary. I just want to know if there will be a chance to change it to other occupation thru online? Thanks,

@Ahkhan110786 they requested聽 it through QIWA and I accepted it through my QIWA account. It is now pending for NIC approval....I don't know the process bro but I guess NIC will approve first before paying the 1000 charge. Until now, it is still pending for NIC approval....

@Zeeshan91 HI BRO. How long will it take for the change through QIWA? Our HR requested for change last 3rd August, until now it is still pending for NIC approval. After requesting through QIWA should we have received payment message or we need to wait for the NIC approval before payment? please advise.

@EDZ1984 Bro it doesn't take too long. After the acceptance of the request, you have to pay the fee and that's it. Your HR will change the profession.

finally for almost 8 months of waiting, my profession has been changed from executive secretary to service management specialist.

this was done manually by visiting the labor office.聽

Your employer can try to change in online through Qiwa platform. If not possible to change, your employer (Saudi person) needs to direct visit to Human Resource department in labour office with chambered request letter to change profession. From HR department, based on your working company service they will provide a suitable profession to change. After get approval from HR department, your employer can change profession in online through Qiwa platform. This can do everybody those who are facing issues to change Iqama profession.
