Is there any way how to change the number in SEC registration,  system  is asking for 9 digit number only , my Philippines mobile number contains 10 digit number,  I tried to put may Saudi Arabia Number and It works but I need to change it to Philippines Number due to I'm  going for exit.I still didn't upload anything in the system because its asking national ID,  which I can't give my existing iqama no because I'm going for exit and plan to come back by other visa which is Engineering visa.      -@Almen

No problem. You should encode your iqama number and KSA mobile number to your because upon return to Saudi Arabia with new Engineer visa, the immigration officer at the port of entry (airport) in KSA will issue you a ten digit hand written to your passport.

You can buy sim card at the airport arrival area. Now the process begins:

1- Visit MOI Absher kiosk near your area and change old mobile number with new mobile number.

2- Log-in to your SCE account and do the following:

• Change old mobile number with new mobile number bought from airport.
• Change old iqama number with Border Number. Take note that iqama number and border number are both 10 digit number. No issue. 

3- Pay the necessary SCE fees. Done.

I have a 2020 electrical B.tech now i came to saudi arbia with engg visa I applied to SEC but got rejected because degree is not more than 5 year but company asking me to work in office after 5 year completed they will apply again.

You can't legally work in Saudi Arabia without an Iqama. After five years, if your degree is already attested by Saudi authorities, it should make getting membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers easier. Keep track of your documentation and follow up with your employer and relevant authorities.

I have applied to SCE to get verified but they twice replied me back to upload the clear bachelor degree and mark sheet with mentioned all the subjects you studied in university. I uploaded the same twice but same reply from them. At third time I uploaded my B. Sc degree and got message your application rejected but no reasons mentioned. Can anyone guide me about this?

I am facing the same situation right now. Did you manage to change your mobile number? I am a first timer and had this SCE registration but I haven’t receive any feedback from SCE. Already paid the sar 500 bill for degree of verification. it’s almost 2 weeks since I paid the verification. I’ve emailed them asking for the status of my application.  I am currently in the philippines and my employer is waiting for my SCE update because they can’t process my visa.

Could somebody give me advice regarding SCE MEMBERSHIP?

I registered a month ago and uploaded the documents required. My employer has already paid Sar 500 bill for degree for verification. However, it’s been 2 weeks already and haven’t received any response from SCE. I am not sure if the documents will be accepted because I uploaded the wrong documents (not the authenticated/appostilled) and I am now bit worried. I am awaiting for their reply if documents are rejected so that I can upload the correct files.

Also, my registered number is a Philippine mobile number since I am still here in the my country and I do not have saudi mobile sim. I am overthinking and worried on how can I receive verification thru sms?

Anyway, I contacted SCE via email asking about the status of registration and yet to receive response.

I would really appreciate any advice on my current situation.

i have also submitted my all documents on the SCE portal for the registeration of Engineer category and paid the 500 SAR . Same day i got the second message for the payment of 250 SAR. And i got verified on Al yaqeen but jawazat is pending. But my credential is not cross verified from my country and receive one message that it take 30 days to verify. But they issue me the membership number .

Hi, As per your answer for SCE membership request has been rejected due to 5 year graduation date not meet as I hold engineer visa, so that I couldn't process Iqama. I make an appointment to SCE and they said to submit final exit form. They will provide temporary membership to process Iqama.

Here are my doubts,

1. If I got Iqama through temporary membership, can I change my profession from engineer to labour.

2. Can I continue here without final exit, because I have an iqama.

3. If I went to final exit after got Iqama, can I come back immediately by labour visa. Is it required to complete all process same as before (like medical, mofa number, visa stamp etc)

Here is the solution,
1): Book appointment and visit SCE.
2): Tell your problem but bring the passport/visa and degrees with you.
3): They'll retake application and would tell you to submit C-RPC12 form. It will save 500 SAR verification fee as well.
4): C-RPC12 form should be attested by chamber of commerce by sponsor/kafeel before submission.
5): C-RPC12 form (downloadable on SCE website) would let you get temporary SCE membership with approx. 30 days validity.
6): Once approved, ask your employer/sponsor to issue iqama.
7): Then change profession (approx. 1000 SAR fee) within 30 days if you want to work otherwise take final exit.

Is this applicable for who doesn't meet 5 year graduation date, SCE was rejected as who entered engineer visa, can I proceed with solution to obtain Iqama and change profession from engineer to labour visa.

In your case, there is NO solution to obtain SCE membership certificate.

Bear in mind that a foreign expat engineers with less than five (5) years of experience are not accepted as member by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), unless they are Saudi Bedoon.

Make an appointment in the nearest SCE office to get your temporary membership in order to process your final exit visa.

The problem when you visit the nearest SCE office and inquire your case is that they will give a temporary membership to process your final exit visa.

It is highly unlikely your company will allow you to change your profession. BUT try it, and come to tell your story.
