Yes, headlight for cars and vehicles is allowed in Saudi Arabia. LED is more reliable, efficient, compared with the aging technology of headlight/lamp.

Are u a saudi citizen sir?..but even it is LED, is the police will still catch you if the LED is too bright or is there聽 any requirements for maximum brightness?

Obviously excessive illuminance level of the LED headlight will strain the eyes of other car drivers. The right approach is to consult the vehicle manufacturer spec's manual of your car, or sought assistance from car workshops or car showroom about the correct lumen output of LED to be installed on your headlight which is appropriate to your car model.
