My current contract expires on 29/10/2024, my current employer sponsored me from my home country with company visa and informed me before that am free to look for another sponsor and after getting a new job offer they changed that they nologer give transfer what should I do

Go to the Ministry of Labor (MOL) office near to your location, then initiate / create a ticket or complaint and request for to new company/ or new employer who provided you with a new job offer. MOL will then create either a 60 to 90 days notice period for your local transfer within which period the current/present employer will be either forced to give you a "transfer" or a "final exit only visa". If current/present employer opted the latter 鈥渇inal exit only visa鈥�, it will notify MOL that your current/present employer will no longer want your services anymore. In that instance, MOL grant your request outright, and automatically transfer your visa iqama to new company/ or new employer.
