I don't have any idea for getting a devorse .. because we merried in Muslim religious and now I want to ask how the processing for the Muslim to get divorce ..

oh ok ... for a woman to ask divorce its called Qula ... just tell ur hubby u want qula and go to the court...sorry I know that much only.

But keep in mind,, if the woman is seeking qula then there the dowry amount needs to be returned to the husband and some other expenses also.

As @hamudi said above: A Muslim woman can ask for Khula if she finds it hard to put with up her husband. She has to visit the court and state her case. The Qazi (judge) will listen to both sides, will try his best that issues are solved and the marriage doesn't break. If nothing gets sorted out, he issues the verdict. Khula can't be done outside the legal court.
