Hello friends.

My resident permit based on property was cancelled by the immigration.

I came to know, while applying for driving license appointment.

Reason was, because i sold the property.

I have other properties also, so.i thought there will be no issues.

But i came to know that, if we sold that particular house which we applied resident permit, then problem.

So now ,what can be done?

My wife and 2 children have tourist resident permit and its working. I had renewal in next year january, so i though i will include my family also with me. But mine was cancelled.

Now can i apply another on my other properties?

What can be scenerio.

I dont want to go back to my country.

My wife and children are here.

Pls help.

Your real estate agent told have beforehand, also at the TAPU office they have should have told you. Really a shame, perhaps you can hire a lawyer, but it sounds tricky and terrible. Me and my wife we consider we are stuck to our appartment (depending on the Ikamet interview)
