Hi everyone , my name is Maria and i am 35 years old Swedish woman who wants to move to istanbul!
I am interested in beylikd眉z眉 cumhuriyet mahallesi area.
Would you recommend this area? Is it safe to live in? is it family friendly? are the residential buildings earthquakes safe ? and my last question is , how much does it cost to rent a 3 1 apartment in this area?

Hello Maria, i m living so near to Beylikd眉z眉 area. Beylikd眉z眉, Cumhuriyet Mahallesi is so calm, green and friendly neighborhood. It is a little bit far to centre of Istanbul.

it is family friendly, there are big apartments which has got its own security, parking. For earthquake, i cant say safe or unsafe. it is up to earthquake degree

For 3 1 rents change for house. Averagely, it is around 4000 tl. You can check this site for rentals: https://
