Hello everyone,
I have a question about driving license from Andorra (it is between France and Spain)
I am French and I lived in Andorra for 5 years, and off course I exchanged 5 years ago my drive license for Andorran license, now my situation is changed. I have planning to live in Emirates (Dubai).
And the interesting question, this for my drive license聽 Andorran:
Can be the Andorran drive license changed for the Emirat license? Or how to do with this situation?
Because of the driving license between Europe and Andorra changes without problems and vice versa also, but how its will work between Andorra and Emirates???

So! After contact eweryone and everywhere, Andorra don't in the list of countries, the permit of which can be changed to UAE.

Yes it is European, but UAE do not know that this country Andorra is existed.
