ADEK pass support

Hi everyone,


Has anyone passed Profile 2 for ADEK PASS, then been rejected after submitting the self-introductory (acquaintance) form?

My school is now trying to get a new token issued. They said the rejection was due to that form only — not my qualifications or experience, which were already approved.


Just wondering if anyone else has been through this and successfully got approved after resubmitting? What should I expect next?
