Hello all

So I am potentially being offered the following, what I would like to know is if in general this is a good package and how much how I would be likely to save. It is working for a reputable international company

1. basic 20,000 AED
2. paid accommodation
3. Free medical
4. free schooling for child
5. One roundtrip home free

Would love to hear from people who have been in Abu Dhabi for a while

that would be a good package mate. go for it, about saving, well, it all depends on how much you spend, but am sure you can save some , good luck

Hi Sam,

Looks good, savings will depend on your spendings here. UAE is like Disney world, you can easily spend money here.
In average to live here you have to count some 1300 USD a month, thats with a good wining and dining, and a lot of take away.
Just make sure electricity bills, COOLING, water, TV and internet is also paid from the company. And ask which medical insurance, it's a bit wild west here and med bills can be sky high.
