Alaa Mohraa real estate or properties

Akramjzaz

I strongly urge anyone considering Alaa Mohra Real Estate to proceed with extreme caution—or better yet, stay away completely. My experience with them was an absolute nightmare and a textbook example of how scammers operate under the guise of real estate professionals.

Once they secured their commission, all communication stopped. Calls, emails, and follow-ups were completely ignored. There was zero after-sale service, despite all their big promises before closing the deal.

Worse still, they misled me with false information, pushing me to purchase more property based on lies and empty promises. It became painfully obvious that the team lacked any real knowledge of the developers' contracts and offered no proper guidance throughout the entire process.

Their priority is commission only—not the client. They do NOT act in the buyer’s best interest. They will say anything to close the sale, then disappear.

Now, they are trying to rebrand themselves under new company names, one under his brother Hazem and another linked to a staff member named Mariana (or similar). Do not fall for this trick—it’s the same people, same scam, just a new name.

Stay far away from Alaa Mohra Real Estate and any company connected to them if you value honesty, transparency, and professionalism.
