Malaysian Food

Fakawi

Is there any good restaurant or joint that serves real Malaysian food? I'm talking of foods like:

Nasi Lemak
Ayam Percik
Keropok
Nasi Paprik
Nasi Goreng
Char Kway Teow
Rojak

Among many more...

I'll keep dreaming :)

Malaysians in the house how do you manage here in UAE?

Singapore Deli is opened by a Sigaporean Malay. It is more of indonesian food. Nasi lemak shall call nasi uduk there for example.

Malaysian food is a bit sad in dubai, most of the food termed "malaysian" are actually indonesian. However Noodle Bowl in Satwa does have a few malaysian styled food although like Nasi lemak (but the ikan bilis is sad la), Chee Cheong Fun with no pork :(, Fish head curry, chicken curry etc. I can't really say it's authentic but it will have to do. Another option is our consulate in bur dubai cheap and quite authentic, but go early la everything finishes fast
