mal - if you can advise your budget, expected time of the year of travel, how many days, etc - we can provide some guidelines.  Dubai is choked with shopping options, list is endless.

If you like designer clothes at bargain prices, then try the outlet mall, I lived in the Gloria Hotel in Dubai for 2 years and used to take their shuttle bus to the mall every two weeks to pick some great clothes and other items, the shuttle services runs twice a day.
