I think the following information will help you

For visit visa:
Since you are from Namibia, you need a sponsor to get a visa to this country. A sponsor can be airlines, hotels, family members or friends. You are not allowed to work by holding a visit visa, but you are allowed to search for jobs and once you gets job, your visa has to be converted in to work visa

For Work Visa:
The applicant of your work visa is your employer and you have no role in application processing. That means, you must sign up with a job contract with a company and they will take care of the rest.

If you are looking for a job, the best option which can be suggested is to come for a visit and try. But you must have some funds for your food and shelter.聽 Wish you best of luck
