My confusion is will I clear the medical in Dubai?

Hi guys...natasha here...I went through a lot of post and suggestions but really can't decide what needs to be done
So I have got a Job in Dubai and my company asked me to do a medical test in Mumbai. Now when I did my X-ray it shows some spots on my lower zone, I did TBGold test which shows positive 3.79 while normal is 3.35 also to get a clear picture I did Montoux test(skin test) for tb which shows negative.
I went to a specialist in Mumbai who asked I don't hve active tb. I also did chest CT scan. It does show some spots. My doctor has issued me a fitness certificate
My confusion is will I clear the medical in Dubai?? Will I get a life ban?? M really confused
