I take a walk or jog to clear my mind. That way I appreciate the simple things around me and realize there's more to life than feeling lonely. Also, I eat my favorite foods to make me feel happy.

I acknowledge my loneliness and accept that it's normal to feel that way. What's not normal is to dwell too much on it.

I'm not a very optimistic person by the way. But it's just how I deal with life.

I mostly had work and on weekends I would hang out with my colleagues. It did take some time but mostly I would make my loneliness go away by exploring various places in Dubai
