I am currently based in London and I'm looking for new role in Dubai and was wondering if theres any UAE recruitment companies based in the UK.

The best option which I can suggest is to come for a visit and try. Most of the companies do prefer easily and immediately candidates to oversees candidates. Besides, you will get more chances for interviews. Advertising yourself by furnishing details is also an option so that you can expect some calls from potential employers. You can avail your visa on arrival and it can be extended by crossing the border. (There are plenty of visa run services available here) Best of luck
