Hello from Nova Scotia There are many students here from your city here in Halifax- I've been lucky enough to make friends with many!
I'm not sure what the immegration process, but check out the canadian government website- they have all the info on there I'd recomend Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver or of course Halifax : p
