Moving to Toronto with family, including three kids....

My husband has accepted a position in the Toronto area and we will be moving this summer.聽 He will be opening an office for his company, so we get to choose where the office will be, as well as where to live. Our children are 12, 10, 8.聽 Can anyone give advice about where to live?聽 We are not interested in living in the city or having the office in the city. Within an hours drive from the airport ideally. We would like to find a home to lease with some land (not on top of each other neighborhood). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
