Hey everyone聽

My name is Slim, I'm a french dude coming to Vancouver at the end of May, with a Working Holiday Permit (2 years max).

My main goals are to get a job in my field (I'm a SysAdmin/Network Technician), meet new people, explore this beautiful country, and maybe try to get a permanent residency if Canada is as great as I think it is.

Any expats willing to meet in Vancouver ? Anyone offering a job in IT ?

I'm in Montreal and plan to go to Vancouver few days to discover the city. Maybe you can tell me nice place to go. Same for you, if you need tips when you will go to Montreal.

Just got back from Vancouver for a week biz-cation. Planning to move there next year. Lot's of IT opportunity in Vancouver, thus I don't think you'll find it hard to find one. My company is expanding though but I don't believe there's any opening for a system admin role.
