In addition there're two reasons for not thinking about employment in Ukraine: 1. I do not consider employment within ex-USSR countries (except my home country) just because I am not willing to live there.聽 2. Nobody in Ukraine will pay me a good salary.
*United States can give me more than just a salary 
I actually dream to live in America and enjoy the stuff I love.

Perhaps the USA will hire you to an expert on Ukraine, as the government does not appear to be overly blessed with such talent presently.
