A university might be a better place to look.

Thanks for advice. In fact Ive been thinking about searching for job (internship/trainee/full-time) in academic sector, but it's quite hard to find the right vacancy due too many internet garbage in search results, in addition academic institutions require graduate degree for most faculty positions (even entry level jobs such as co-ordintaro or research assistant) while I have only bachelor... (I could apply for graduate program in home country but I hate the fact that quality is low while tution fees are higher than in Europe and sometimes even in North America) administrative staff has no chances for visa sponsorship.

In fact Ukraine has been attracting consultants for a couple of decades (all regimes did it). As for analysts, there 're plenty of them (locals and expats). From my perspective, instead of grow of opportunities, outflow of specialists will take place. The "event" has happened, all parties got what they were eager for...

In addition there're two reasons for not thinking about employment in Ukraine: 1. I do not consider employment within ex-USSR countries (except my home country) just because I am not willing to live there.聽 2. Nobody in Ukraine will pay me a good salary.
*United States can give me more than just a salary :) I actually dream to live in America and enjoy the stuff I love.

Perhaps the USA will hire you to an expert on Ukraine, as the government does not appear to be overly blessed with such talent presently.

One would hope that since such knowledge and talent is in short supply, a green card would be easy to obtain.聽 Good Luck!!!
