Good to hear from you and glad to hear that you want to move or live in Australia. Yeah, expats are recruited in the Admin area but would need some local qualifications as the system is completely different though they have lot of experience in the same arena overseas. Since there is a cultural change and system understanding, it will take some time and needs some local skill or qualification.
