Life in Lae (Accommodation, Living expenses, part time jobs)

I am Cyril from Nigeria. I was offered the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship to study M.Tech in Exploration Geophysics at Papua New guinea University of Technology, Lae.

I just want to know about student life, Accommodation, part time jobs and opportunities for free or paid internships in the Energy (Oil-Gas) companies over there. I am to resume by Feb 2020.

I will also like to know the Location of Papua New Guinea Embassy or consulate in Nigeria should anyone knows.

No part time jobs in Lae although you can learn a lot in your area of study as there many mining companies.
