Sounds about right. The other address looks like a survey company rather than a scam, but you can't be sure.

If curious, forward the mail to a burner email address and open either on a Chromebook with a burner account, or at an internet cafe.

I keep a separate ID account on one of my Chromebooks that I use to open odd emails that might be useful. The worst a scammer can do is gain control of a burner account.
