The silence on the subject of Julian Assange and what they are doing to him now, thanks to Ecuadorian Pres Lenin Moreno, throwing him under the bus is deafening.......I believe its time to revive this critical subject and leave the b.s. subjects of "high cost of living" or "high cost of health care", or "what do I have to do to get a visa" for another day........To be clear, I had long thought that Assange had worn out his welcome in the Ecuadorian Embassy, and should just walk out into the clear light of day and cast himself onto the will of world public opinion........Im pretty sure I would have done that.......But, its beside the point.....you can see, they are slowing killing him now, and all he ever did was tell the truth, and expose the lies and hypocrisy of the U.S. govt.......and we can clearly see how hypocritial is Trumpf, who actually spoke in his defense during his campaign.......if you can actually climb out of your comfort zone for a few minutes I urge you to read this article:聽

Politics are naughty on this forum but some subjects come up anyway. As for this issue, the BS meter hit maximum a long time ago - That's from both sides, but one is clearly worse than the other. As I remain politically neural as much as possible on this forum, I'll avoid mentioning which one I trust the least.

Probably not a good idea to do that to any major power and expect to keep your freedom to be honest (rightly or wrongly)
