I want to work as a Doctor

I am a Cuban doctor with 13 years of experience and 7 plus as ICU specialist, I worked abroad experiences in the Republic of Venezuela in 2010 and my last job outside of Cuba was in Kuwait from 2019 until 2022 as an ER registrar. I need to know if I have to do the equivalence or if I need other requirements. I appreciate your advice.聽聽聽

I am a cuban doctor with 38 years of experience and 32 as a specialist in Family Medicine. I have experience working abroad in The Seychelles Island, Venezuela, Brazil and Kenya. Also i certificated in Imaging and Ginecology and Obstetrics. I am interested in working in the public or private sector and I appreciate your advice or help
