Try searching for Inmobiliaria Colonia Uruguay on google.

from the listing you pick  go to Casas  Venta   if you want a house  Prices are in US dollars. 

It seems that many houses are listed with several realtors at once, often at different prices so keep browsing!

Another site is casas.com.uy  it has listings for the whole country.

Also inmouruguay.com has listings for all over.

They all use pretty much the same words to find what you are looking for.

I have been using Babelfish to translate blocks of text. Not perfect but you get the idea!
