�� Location: Work remotely from anywhere in mainland Portugal

�� Languages: We are hiring French English speakers — and also have roles where English is not required.

✨ About the Role

As part of the customer service team, you will:

• Assist customers by phone, email, and chat in French and/or English

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

• Deliver empathetic and professional support that ensures customer satisfaction

• Accurately log all interactions into internal systems

�� Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (including public holidays)

• Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 (Portuguese time)

• Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day

�� Your Profile

• Fluent in French and English (for bilingual roles) OR French only (for roles without English)

• Currently based in Portugal (or open to relocating)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn
