If your iqama has already expired, I believe your sponsor has to pay a fine and process some paperwork to get you a final exit visa. Read More

I can think of two things. First, the new law states that you have to surrender your iqama before going to the airport and exiting, so maybe your employer will take it weeks in advance (I'm not sure on the time frame). Second, there is a limit to ... Read More

I think that traveling on an expired passport would be an issue for airlines and immigration. Maybe you will find out if it's okay to travel on an expired passport by contacting the appropriate airlines/immigration offices. I don't think HR is the ... Read More

Rwin, I don't think you will have a problem exiting on June 20 with an iqama expiring on May 8, but I don't think it's wise to try to travel anywhere with an expired passport. I recommend trying to get a new passport ASAP. Good luck. Read More
