Banking is very tightly controlled. Without proof of Mauritian residence, I doubt you'll be able to open an account. You can try ABSA Mauritius. They do account applications online. Read More

Your spouse is your dependent. She does not compete an application. Only you do. She does not require a police clearance certificate. Her application is completed on the day you visit the EDB in person. Read More
