Do I understand the new tarriff correctly? They are now going to add a $42 tarriff to each order above and beyond what they currently charge?

Hulu seems to be recognizing the ip addresses being assigned by norton hotspot privacy (a true vpn with client on my laptop) and by smartdnsproxy.com (a dns proxy) at the exit from the "tunnel". So how does anyone get hulu down here? Read More
