How are you? Can you please help me with this.

I am considering a job offer in Libya - Benghazi. If you can recommend real-estate rent agency and car rent agency it would be very much appreciated.

I have a simple criteria: the most secured area, the closest to beaches-sea-side, with lots of greanary, sevices (supermarkets, Laundry, etc) and friendly neiburhoud (ie american expats area). Idealy a fully furnished and fully services appartment or villa.

I need the:-
- Nameof the area/areas
- Average monthly rent (3 BR villa or appartment, FF)

- If not serviced, What is the best way/solution for Home service (Cleaning, etc) and security (Guard,etc) ?

- What do you recommend for transportation (rent, lease, with/without driver) and the rent cost range for a good new 4WD ? and for a good driver?
