Greetings

We are South African Citizens aged 62 & 57 and have a desire to live in either Tamil Nadu or Pondicherry. I have not been successful in obtaining an OCI Card despite the fact that all of my Great Grandparents were of Indian Origin. My query therefore is what Options would we be able to pursue in order to obtain residency, be able to buy Property etc and generally enjoy living there.

I would appreciate any guidance from those who might have experienced a similar dilemma.
