HOD salary and benefits in the Maldives

Hi all,

I'm considering taking a job in the Maldives as a HOD and was wondering what the estimated salary and benefits are for 5-star resorts. Also, are accommodations for HOD solo or sharing? Any information that would help me make up my mind would be really appreciated.

Because I currently mid of visa approval and HR have told me package salary for consideration.

500 USD is too too much less for a Manager position in my experience.
Anyway the rest is same to all the employees in the resort. Only the difference is you get a single accommodation.

Just try guys.. Resort always Offer their best salary package.sometimes Service Charge is higher than basic salary.. and on my own opinion if you are getting much higher salary now rather your new offer, why you want to work Maldives then .. Goodluck !
