Job hopping is seen as bad and will lower your chances of EP approval.

Why do you keep on changing your job while you are on EP? You should ask yourself, if you have genuine reason then should not be worried or else there is a possibility MoM would reject your new EP application and existing employer later will know when they will do random check on EP holders status at MoM website (many small to mid size employers do this in a regular time).
