Once IPA is approved ,signed submitted how long it takes to receive EP card?

Can company B apply for EP if I haven鈥檛 received EP card from Company A?

EP card is delivered to your address/ company representative after submission of signed copies, over 2-3 days span.

New employer can apply for an EP (you don鈥檛 have to wait for the EP card to physically arrive if you have the confirmation on EP issuance), but the issue is MoM won鈥檛 take that well, you are tagged as a job hopper and the next approval isn鈥檛 a surety (could be challenged in securing it all together). Given the increased scrutiny, tightening of measures to extend locals an opportunity, frequent hoppers aren鈥檛 really encouraged.
