Find recommendations for 1 BR serviced apartments in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, for studying Vietnamese from mid-April to May 2013.

Hi,

I will spend a bit more than one month in HCMC from mid-April to end of May in 2013 while studying Vietnamese at the University of Social Science and Humanities. I'm looking for a 1 BR apartment or a big room with the most common features such as windows, ac, wifi etc etc. I want this house to be located in District 1.

Please give me some good options!

If I see the room , I will let you know. I am also rent a room here, but in Tan Binh dist.
I wanna know how much u can pay for the house which has common facility.

My maximum monthly cost is around 700 USD for 1BR in District 1.
