You can use Google to do conversions by just searching 鈥�200000 vnd to usd鈥�.
Google's answer:
200 000 Vietnamese dong = 8.8 U.S. dollars

But don't expect the same rate as the internet, even Banks have inconsistent exchange rates., ( same with interest rates ) you have to shop around to get the best deal.
