Finding a job related with computer sience for Italian

Hi every one,

I have a friend who is from Italy. He just graduated from UNi after 5 years studying in Computer sience field. He would like to find a job in Sai Gon but I have no idea for what should he do. Does anyone have any advice for him?

What area of IT does he want to work in? Fresh out of Uni with no experience as an expat he may struggle a little. There are many talented locals at that level, those seeking expats tend to want some experience to go with it.

Thank you so much for your advice, Laidbackfreak. He also teach at school for his part time job. I will check with Vietnamworks. And I will ask him to post his resume on some job hunting website. Which paper does he need to bring here? If you do not mind, please advise me for what should he does step by step.

Usual paperwork notarised copies of degree, police checks etc.
Have a search on here for teaching here the same rules apply for all work types.

I don't being Italian has any bearing on employment.

As LBF said, VN has, now, a lot of hoe grown talent (why are Japanese companies hiring classes of graduates?) The VN government's plan has always been to let Foreigners in, use them to train locals, and then VN will become self-sufficient.

The biggest barrier to employment here is the language, always accepting that local pay rates are acceptable.
