Hello,

Just wanna ask if a family came through a family reunification and 1 person is only working with a CDD, will the other members of his family will be entitled for a permanent resident card even if the others never worked during the 5 years? And eventually will they be entitled to apply for the passport?

Yes, after completing 5 years of stay, your dependants will also get a PR regardless of your contract CDD or CDI and regardeless if they have worked or not.聽 They will get either a K card (if your get the L) or B card (if you get the B).

Hello!

I am a new resident of Belgium having stayed here for the past 5 months. I have an A card. Previously, I used to live in Italy for nearly 6 years. I wanted to know if there is a possibility to include those number of years here to claim for L card in Belgium?
