We moved to Como in 2021 and bought a property in 2023.

There don't appear to be too many expat groups in Como, at least from what I can find online. Now that we're permanent residents here, I'd like to make contact with Como-based expats, especially English-speaking and especially anyone who has experience of buying a house and all that it entails after the fact (including dealing with Italian builders and tradespeople!)

moving back to Como (Cernobbio) with British wife (as a second home/holiday). Picking up keys in Jan 25 & will be there on and off if you want to drop your contact.
