I don't understand your question. Have you already made a visa application at the Portuguese consulate, and received an appointment for SEF in Portugal with no date on it?

@JohnnyPT Hi Johnny, thanks for replying. We received our D7 visa.. but we don't have an appointment URL printed on the lower right corner, and the embassy (in UAE) didn't provide appointment info, they asked me to check with SEF directly.

So basically, my lawyer and myself are on the phone daily, trying to reach SEF.

That being said, do you think that we can move there and go to SEF in person, to book an appointment?

I suggest that you go in person to one of the AIMA service centres (choose the city where you are), and explain the situation. It is an error that is the AIMA responsability.

Contact by phone is quite difficult...

Bring the letter as proof of the inexistence/wrong link and all the documentation you consider necessary.
