"Recognizes" for what purpose? For example, to undertake higher studies?

roberteyork

For the labor force if Spanish companies recognize as legitimate educational requirements instead of having Spanish High School completiona and a valid U.S. undergrade.

Usually, it's your higher qualifications that get looked at. So if you have an undergraduate degree, I don't think anyone will be particularly interested in your high school diploma. Although, possibly, if you have a fancy GPA, they might be pleased to see that.

As you have an undergraduate degree from an accredited US university, I would expect most countries (including Spain) to accept it as a professional qualification without any problem.

However, if they want Spanish language capability, they might want to see some proof of your level (A2, B2, etc.) as your high school diploma and university degree were taught in English.
