1) Latest EWA bill or Municipality Letter stating husband's name

2) Husbands CPR with the address in EWA bill or Municipality Letter

3) Address to be updated in LMRA

4) Marriage certificate attested by embassy and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bahrain.

5) Passport size photo in Grey Background

All Original documents - Wife Passport, CPR of Husband, Marriage certificate attested and CPR Appointment printout. - Pay 10 BHD
