If you have been deported, it's highly unlikely that your visa application will be approved but give it a short, other than applying for a visa there is no way to know.

Please note that it does not matter whether there are no stamps in the passport, also regardless of no offense in LMRA or anywhere else. It depends on the grounds on which you were deported. In case of any Court Verdict you were deported, I would say just forget about entering Bahrain in the future. In cases of illegal employment/stay in Bahrain, the ban is usually 3-5 years but even after that, getting a visa will be hard.

Once you are deported, all your details have been stored in the Immigration and LMRA, Even if you change the passport, it will not work. Let's say you change your passport and get a new nationality, and even if you change your name, you will still be caught. When you register the fingerprints in LMRA, there will be an AFIS match to your old record, and you will be denied entry.

Better check in NPRA.Or apply one visit visa and wait whether its approve or not.

I have explained this many times on these forums.

Deportation means that they have thrown you out of the country and don't want you here. In the vast majority of the cases, there is no return.  For minor matters i.e. non criminal, even when the ban is time limited, getting a new visa is at the discretion of NPRA and they generally don't approve those. No one puts stamps for deportation - your biometrics and details are in their systems.
