Adding tenant CPR on my address

Hi, I am expat and I own a flat where my cpr is registered at although I am staying in different address,, I am now going to lease it and the tenant is asking if he could register his cpr on this address which is already my cpr address. Is it possible to add him on the address without changing my cpr? Also will  ewa bill remain under my name or will be changed to the tenant name?

No you can't be on the same address.   EWA is different.  He can change address via lease agreement/municipaity letter or EWA.

thanks for your quick response as usual.

we would make a lease agreement and register it at bahrain.bh the submit it to cpr. but my concern is what will happen to my cpr? do I have to change my registered address on my cpr and my family's to the other flat i am staying in?

You don't have to change it now but will have to when you renew your CPR.
