Buying 7 seater SUV

Hello,

My wife and I have 2 young children and are expecting our third. We would like to buy a 7 seater SUV to fit in all the car seats we need. Is this possible in Riyadh now? I heard about the new law saying only expats with 5 members can buy these cars. But some dealers say we can buy now and others say we can't.

Has anyone bought a large car recently?

legally you cant but by paying some extra money,its not that much
