2) Charging my portables.....somebody just invent an infinite battery already...GOSH

4) Traffic violations......dude, NOBODY KEEPS 2riyals worth of change in the car!!!! I'm not paying the 50 riyal parking ticket! They should first do their jobs right and ticket the dumasses who double park their cars on main streets!!
