Aguascalientes vs Ensenada for me?

RelicOfSixties

Aguascalientes? Ensenada? I'm considering both. I'm a mobility-challenged budget minded quiet pale-skinned 79 year old New Englander.

Both cities for modern amenities, flatness/good sidewalks and streets, slightly less UV exposure than central highlands, distance from volcanos and earthquakes, lack of humidity, familiarity with non-Español speaking foreigners, medium-size city hospitals, reasonable rental prices, fewer reminders of colonialism, and reduced party/highlife/trinket culture.

Aguascalientes extra pros: proximity to CDMX, Guadalajara, etc, rapidly growing economy good for home buying, and less touristy than Ensenada.

Ensenada extra pros: proximity to USA especially my family in Los Angeles, the ocean, cooler marine Mediterranean climate with more comfortable humidity than arid Aguascalientes, and seafood-centric.
